Kelly
Our kids can only buy twice a week (for money and so I can monitor what they're eating). Let me tell you that Olivia is not touching much of her lunches. and I probably spend more than 2.50 a lunch making them.

Kelly
Audrey is so excited about school. But I'm hoping that she remembers to use her inside voice and her listening ears. I need to sit back and relax as a mom, I know.
Next year, I'll have to worry about the lunch concerns.

Regarding the heat: hibernation was used as early as the 1660s. It actually meant "the action of passing the winter," and is unrelated to the dormancy animals exhibit during the winter. Aestivation would be the opposite of what we typically consider hibernation, as it refers to the "summer sleep" for certain animals.

Kelly
Christian is much better with the dress up sessions. He actually enjoys (almost too much) clothes shopping. of course, he still wears the same stuff over and over though.

You'll have to share how much you like your new cutting board. I love Sur La Table and wish I had cable to watch the cooking shows...or maybe not since I'd get nothing done.

Okay I should really get ready for the pool. A nap and some momma quiet time sounds so much nicer today.

Thanks, Christi... We actually tagged along with Jean and the girls to the playground when Olivia was over here the other day.

Sure, I'm open to new ideas for Andrew. (He memorizes the Lego catalogs.) Feel free to email me (when you have time). Thanks!

wow, I don't know what you asked for. But this was powerful. Thank you for sharing.
I was on your street yesterday... Olivia had a play date at Emma's.

Also, if you ever want any ideas on number things for Andrew let me know. Christian is exactly like him and fascinated with numbers (Olivia is to some degree in a different way). It's such a blessing to see how their minds work. We are such lucky ladies.
